What we keep
- Your sign-in email and name.
- Your car number(s) and the mobile number registered with us, to show you your parking.
- Your payments, receipts and dues.
- Messages and requests you send us.
- If you upload it: a photo of your car registration (RC) or driving licence, only to verify your car.
Why
To run your monthly parking: verify your car, show your dues and receipts, reply to you, and keep the parking safe.
Who can see it
Only you and the Universal Parking team (owner, manager and guards, each seeing only what their job needs). We never sell or share your data with advertisers.
How long
Payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounts. Uploaded documents are kept while you park with us and deleted when you ask or within 6 months after you leave.
Your rights
You can see and download your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and documents from My account, or by messaging us. We reply within 7 days. (Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.)
Terms
- Monthly fees are due on your due date each month; the parking rate list shows current prices.
- Please give notice before you stop parking so your deposit can be settled.
- Report any damage to the guards straight away.
